Return and refund period
If you are not satisfied with a physical product such as the Daily Clarity Pad or Weekly Rhythm Board, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. For digital products and planning sessions, please contact us to discuss options that work for your situation.
How to return a product
To initiate a return, please contact us at business@spryxellthun.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect when you received it.
Refund processing
Once we receive your returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Items that cannot be returned
Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Digital products such as downloadable planning templates are non refundable once downloaded. Planning sessions that have already taken place are not eligible for refund, though we are happy to discuss concerns about session quality.
